Account Deletion

You can permanently close your isthisthing.online account at any time — from the web dashboard or the mobile app. Deleting your account is immediate and cannot be undone.

1. What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your account and personal profile
  • All Workspaces you own, including every Monitor, Incident, Status Page and Integration inside them
  • Invitations you sent and your memberships in other Workspaces

The deletion happens immediately — we do not keep a copy of this data.

2. Delete your account on the web

  1. Sign in to app.isthisthing.online.
  2. Click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose Account.
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
  4. Click Delete Account.
  5. Review the warning and confirm. You will be signed out.

3. Delete your account on mobile (iOS / Android)

  1. Open the isthisthing.online app.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm.

4. Active subscriptions

If a Workspace you own has an active subscription, it must be resolved before your account can be deleted:

  • Subscriptions purchased in the app (App Store / Google Play) — cancel the subscription in the store first (iOS: Settings → Subscriptions, Android: Google Play → Subscriptions), then delete your account from the app. The app shows a message pointing you to the store's subscription settings while the subscription is active.
  • Subscriptions purchased on the web (Polar) — these are revoked automatically when you delete your account.
